NABH Entry Level Small Healthcare Organisation accreditation by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (Constituent Board of the Quality Council of India).
The NABH-approved scope covers Clinical Services (General Medicine), Diagnostic Services (Ultrasound, X-Ray), Laboratory Services (Clinical Pathology) and Pharmacy.
Certified by Care Certification Private Limited (CCPL), New Delhi for hospital services, critical care, non-invasive cardiology, gastroenterology, radiology and diagnostic laboratory.
Registered under Karnataka Private Medical Establishment (Amended) Act 2018 as Hospital (Level 2) practicing Allopathy by the Dist. Registration & Grievance Redressal Authority, Belagavi.
Dr. Naik Avinash (alias Prasad Annaji) holds active KMC registration under the Karnataka Medical Registration Act 1961, qualifying him to practise Modern Scientific Medicine.
Registered on the Registry Of Hospitals In Network of Insurance (ROHINI) maintained by the Insurance Information Bureau of India under IRDAI guidelines — a pre-requisite for cashless insurance empanelment.
